About These Terms
These terms apply to your use of The Structural Advantage website at www.thestructuraladvantage.co.uk, including the Scorecard and the waitlist. By using the site, completing the Scorecard, or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
The site is operated by THE STRUCTURAL ADVANTAGE LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17081276, whose registered office is at 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Definitions
- Scorecard — the short self-assessment, hosted via ScoreApp, that checks whether the membership is a fit for you.
- Waitlist — the list of people who’ve opted in to be notified before the membership opens.
- Membership — the paid system we plan to launch, applying advantage-play methods to online prize competitions.
- Founding Member — one of the first 100 people to join when the membership opens, at the founding rate.
- Content — all text, design, copy, frameworks, and materials we make available.
Who Can Take Part
To use the Scorecard or join the waitlist, you must:
- be aged 18 or over;
- be a resident of the United Kingdom (the service is built around UK competitions and UK law); and
- provide accurate information when asked.
We may decline or withdraw access where these conditions aren’t met.
The Scorecard & Waitlist
The Scorecard and the waitlist are free and place you under no obligation to buy anything. Completing the Scorecard helps us see whether the membership suits you and helps shape what it becomes, including a fair launch price.
- A result from the Scorecard is an indication of fit only — it is not an offer, a contract, or a guarantee of a place in the membership.
- Places on the waitlist, and the founding rate, are limited and offered at our discretion.
- We may contact you about launch, pricing, and related updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- We may change, pause, or close the Scorecard or waitlist at any time before launch.
Nature of the Service
The Structural Advantage teaches a strategic approach to entering online prize competitions. It’s important you understand what that is — and isn’t — before taking part.
Not financial, legal, or gambling advice
Nothing on this site or in the membership is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We’re not regulated to provide it. If you need advice tailored to your situation, please speak to a suitably qualified professional.
Your decisions, your responsibility
You alone decide which competitions to enter and how much to spend. You’re responsible for entering within your means, for complying with the terms of each competition you enter, and for any tax or reporting obligations that apply to you. Please take part responsibly and never spend more than you can comfortably afford to lose.
Third-party competitions
We don’t run prize competitions ourselves, and we’re not affiliated with the competition operators we may reference. Your entry into any competition is a matter between you and that operator, under their terms. We’re not responsible for their conduct, their prizes, or the outcome of any entry.
Future Membership & Pricing
The paid membership has not yet launched (we’re aiming for Q4 2026). When it opens, it will be governed by its own membership terms, which you’ll be able to review and accept before you pay. Nothing in these terms commits you to buy, or us to sell.
- The launch price is being shaped partly by Scorecard responses about what people consider fair.
- Founding Members — the first 100 to join — lock in the founding rate for the life of their membership. Members who join afterwards may pay more.
- Membership is capped at 500 places to protect the structural edge the system relies on.
- Prices, inclusions, and the launch date may change before launch.
